Cross Culture Work

Culture is always on top of my mind. Both in the everyday practices as well as at the strategic level of the organization culture always plays an active role. Topics like identity, behavior and power relations are part of this process.
Driven by the complexity of collaborative relationships, I urge for more attention to the cross-cultural tensions in organizations. Based on this thought, I strive to make the cultural context of the organization and its members more visible, which supports collaboration and its outcomes within the organization.
