Culture is always on top of my mind. Both in the everyday practices as well as at the strategic level of the organization culture always plays an active role. Topics like identity, behavior and power relations are part of this process. Driven by the complexity of collaborative relationships, I urge for more attention to the cross-cultural tensions in organizations. Based on this thought, I strive to make the cultural context of the organization and its members more visible, which supports collaboration and its outcomes within the organization.
Across the globe, I work as a trainer and researcher facilitating organizational members in developing intercultural collaboration, organizational change and growth initiatives. Furthermore, I am often asked to speak at conferences and meetings.
My personal interests are traveling and scuba diving, and I love dark chocolate!
